Are you looking to replace your Franke or Doulton Filter Cartridges?
Confused by how to choose the right cartridge - let us help you with our simple guide!
1. Is your filter a 'Doulton' style or a 'Franke' style filter?
To find this out, look at the end of your filter cartridge. Examine the thread - the little pipe that sticks out at the end - and see whether it has an 'O' ring at the base of the thread or at the base and the tip of the thread.

2. Next, do you need an Ultracarb or a Supercarb version of your filter?
In simple terms, both cartridges do all that you would expect from a high quality water softener unit - including getting rid of some nasty bacteria! - but the main difference between the two is that the Ultracarb has the added bonus reducing the toxic lead content from the water.
