The clear explanation and help and advice you gave me on the phone when I was looking at water softeners, made the difference in my decision to buy from you. Your company's web site seems to come up very often on different search words, and I found it easy to navigate.
You promised delivery the next day, and it arrived undamaged and complete, which is nice to be able to rely on when the installation is planned and the delivery has to be when you say it is.
One small problem which was the omission of fig2 in the installation sheets, was quickly and politely resolved by emailing it to me, and then it was good that you checked by phone that I had received it and assure me that I could contact you again if any other problems occurred.
The installation went OK, and I consider myself to be a reasonably competent DIY person, so the instructions were OK. I installed it yesterday, and it seems to be working OK. I will run the test on the water over the weekend, but we can already feel that the water is soft.

Just a quick thanks for your good service, my salt arrived last Friday 2nd March, as scheduled, I was not in as my appointment took me longer than planned, however your driver delivered my salt right down to the bottom of my drive to the foot of my garage doors, my drive is about 50ft long,so some humping involved, please thank him for me.
